Many women sense God has something more for their lives and work.
We do, too.
Over the years, we've heard the same thing from Christian working women again and again. Many love their church. They're involved in Bible studies, small groups, volunteering, and serving faithfully.
Yet many tell us they still feel like something is missing.
Not because those things aren't valuable, but because life
as a Christian working woman brings questions that often
don't have a place to be explored.
That's why CBWC exists.
CBWC brings Christian working women together to build meaningful relationships, grow as disciples, and become equipped to fully live out and share their faith where they work.
CBWC isn't just another Bible study. It isn't designed to replace your church. It's designed to extend your faith into one of the places you spend most of your life—your workplace.

Monthly workshops where women come together in intimate community, work through real workplace challenges, encourage one another, and gain practical tools to live out their faith with confidence.

Intentional relationships that help women grow spiritually. Each individual's needs are unique, so this is customized to fit where God has you now to help you get to where He is leading you.

Regional Gatherings

A few times each year we gather as a region to hear powerful stories, build new connections, and leave emboldened to follow Jesus where we work.

Who We Are
We come from different careers, churches, generations, and life experiences. We are a collection of entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare professionals, executives, nonprofit leaders, business owners, administrators, creatives, and everything in between.
What unites us isn't what we do for a living or what stage of life we are in. It's our desire to honor Jesus where He has placed us, to deepen our understanding of His calling for our lives, and to encourage one another along the way.
